About EN715 Industrial Floor Cleaner

In busy warehouse environments, forklift traffic starts marking floors again almost as soon as cleaning finishes. Friction from forklifts turning and braking creates these tyre marks, effectively burning rubber into the floor surface in a solid, bonded state. How to Use EN715 Industrial Floor Cleaner

Dilution rates

• Deep clean / very dirty floors with historical built-up tyre marks: dilute 1 part EN715 to 10-20 parts water
• General and regular maintenance cleaning: dilute 1 part EN715 to 60-80 parts water

 

Scrubber dryer application

For best results, use EN715 in a scrubber dryer fitted with black pads or stiff brushes — these create the friction needed to lift forklift tyre marks in just 1-2 passes.

1. Add diluted EN715 to the appropriate tank in your floor cleaning machine.
2. Initial pass — set dispense to max/full flood, pressure to maximum, and move at a slow walking pace. Keep the vacuum collector off and leave the liquid on the surface to allow the surfactant to work.
3. 2nd / 3rd pass — turn dispense off, set pressure to maximum scrub at a slow walking pace, with the vacuum collector still off.
4. Final pass — set dispense to minimum and turn on, maintain maximum pressure at a slow walking pace, and switch the vacuum collector on.

Thanks to EN715’s surfactant technology, the final pass quickly vacuums dirty water residue off the floor, leaving the surface significantly drier than other floor cleaners achieve — so the area can return to full operation much faster.
